At ele-dent pediatric, we believe that your time is as valuable as ours. We do not like to keep our patients waiting and most often you can expect to be seen at your scheduled time. Unfortunately, there are times, emergencies requiring immediate attention may throw us off schedule. This is not a common occurrence, however. Please try to be on time so we can offer all of our patients the same courteous service. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible.
We participate with several insurance plans. We will file a claim as a courtesy to our patients. Please understand, you are responsible for all amounts not covered by the claim. Our office will bill you for the remaining balance. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, as well as Mastercard/Visa payments.
If you are not using a dental insurance plan, payment is encouraged at the time services are performed. Other financial arrangements may be made with our receptionist when extensive dental care is necessary. We will be sensitive to your financial circumstances within the framework of sound business practices. We want to be concerned with your dentistry, not with financial responsibilities.
Please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address, or a change of employment.
